Hello!

I’m a ceramic artist based in Eagle River, Alaska, specializing in high-fire stoneware. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ceramics from the University of Wyoming, where I developed a strong foundation in traditional pottery techniques alongside a deep appreciation for storytelling through functional art.

My work is inspired by my upbringing on a Wyoming cattle ranch and my current life immersed in Alaska’s wild landscapes. I use the pottery wheel to create utilitarian forms and hand-paint them with underglaze to depict animals, landscapes, and meaningful connections to place and memory.

My most recognized pieces are my antler mugs—ceramic vessels with handles crafted from naturally shed antlers I collect from my family’s Wyoming ranch or find while hiking in Alaska. This unique approach brings tactile authenticity to my work, merging traditional materials, rural craftsmanship, and the natural cycles of the landscapes I call home.

In addition to functional pottery, I create custom portraits of animals—both pets and game—to honor the lives of the creatures that sustain or accompany us. I also paint landscapes that celebrate the places people cherish, transforming everyday objects into meaningful tributes to memory and home. Whether functional or commemorative, each piece I create is an expression of gratitude, rooted in the values that have shaped me.
